No. Joining the waiting list only shows your interest and gives us permission to contact you. It does not guarantee eligibility, approval, priority, availability, or placement.

The future location is expected to serve Riverside County. The exact address will be announced only when appropriate and after the property is ready.

Pricing has not been finalized. Rates will depend on the property, room type, utilities, furnishings, and operating costs.

Private and shared room possibilities are being considered. Final room options will depend on the property layout.

Applicants will generally need to be at least 18 years old, able to live independently, have a reliable source of income, complete the screening process, and agree to follow house rules.

No. Speche;’s Independent Living is being planned as an independent living housing environment and is not currently represented as an assisted living, skilled nursing, or medical facility.

Personal caregiving, medical care, and medication administration are not currently included in the planned housing model.

These services have not been confirmed. Final included services will be announced after a property is secured.

Yes. A family member, case manager, social worker, or referral professional may help an interested person complete the form. The applicant’s consent may be required before private information is discussed.

You should receive a confirmation. Waiting-list members may later receive information about property updates, pricing, applications, screening, and availability.

Yes. A full screening process is expected before anyone is approved for housing. Details will be provided when applications open.

Yes. Agencies, case managers, social workers, hospitals, and community programs are encouraged to use the contact form for future partnership and referral inquiries.
